Quadtweet is a real time geospatial application of trending words on Twitter in New York City. Each displayed word is the most commonly used term in that area at that point in time.
It is built using the Bashoto Geo-Messaging platform. Bashoto is a flexible messaging platform built with geospatial features at it's core. The architecture behind Bashoto leverages domain specific geospatial concepts in combination with innovative tools. It is built entirely using open source projects.
